Bunbury SES

Serving People of the South West

11 Clements Street, Davenport WA 6230
Emergency Call 132 500

There are 70 volunteer SES units around the state, from Albany in the south to Kununurra in the north. These volunteers are backed up by paid staff who provide coordination and support.

Bunbury SES volunteers are a dedicated group of people who care about our community - especially when assistance is needed. Some members take ‘action’ roles such as search and rescue, while others work behind the scenes as radio operators, in directing operations, or in planning and logistics.

Each year in the South West the SES receives hundreds of calls for help, which is why we are always ready to recruit volunteers who are willing to give their time to assist others.

Every volunteer receives an initial introduction to all aspects of the SES, basic training and safety requirements. Ongoing training is then based on your individual preferences and capabilities and your role in the Bunbury SES unit.
