Team Achievement AwardAt the State 2016 SES Award Night, Bunbury SES Unit was presented with the prestigious Team Achievement Award for achieving a remarkable restructure that became necessary to improve the Unit’s future and now current vitality. Morale, retention, training and development, along with sustained recruiting are now at an all-time peak. It is well placed to sustain and improve its performance into the future.
Individual Awards
A number of the Unit members have received other prestigious State and National Awards for meritorious and outstanding service. This includes citations for operations in support of other Australian States during declared emergency events. The Unit is very proud of its long and colourful history of contemporary community service.
